Requests and confirmation
Submitting a form or confirming an AI draft sends a request only. Availability, final pricing and service arrangements require authorized SMK approval.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the submitted route and requirements and may include a validity date. Review the approved quotation before accepting. Changes to your requirements may require a revised quotation.
Customer information
Provide accurate contact and journey or cargo information. Do not submit sensitive identity documents, passwords or banking information through public forms or chat.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact SMK about cancellation, changes and refunds. Specific cancellation charges, refund timing and payment terms must be agreed with staff; none are promised here.

Detailed liability, cargo restrictions and applicable legal terms have not yet been supplied. These terms require owner review before publication.
