Information used
SMK uses the contact details, route, date and passenger or cargo requirements you submit to review requests and coordinate services. Your optional email may receive booking and quotation updates through Resend.
Accounts and access
Account requests are linked to your signed-in account. Authorized SMK staff can review requests and saved assistant conversations. Public tracking uses a request reference and matching WhatsApp number; keep both private.
Assistant conversations
The AI assistant stores separate conversations for continuity and staff support. AI processing uses the connected AI service. Do not share passwords, banking details, CNIC or passport information. AI cannot approve bookings or guarantee prices.
Storage and service providers
Requests, accounts and conversations are stored using Lovable Cloud. Necessary information is processed by connected services to deliver requested functionality. A retention period and complete legal contact details remain subject to SMK review.
