No. Every request starts pending review. SMK confirms pricing, vehicle and driver availability before a booking is approved.
Where can I request transport?
SMK coordinates passenger transport, vehicle rental and cargo logistics from Karachi across Pakistan, subject to route and vehicle availability. Other locations can be requested.
How do I check my request?
Use your request reference and WhatsApp number on the tracking page. Signed-in customers can view requests submitted through their own account.
Can I request Chinese-language support?
Yes. Chinese customers are warmly welcome. English, Simplified Chinese and Urdu inquiry options are available.
How do quotes and payments work?
Staff prepare quotations after reviewing your requirements. Quote acceptance does not automatically confirm availability. Payments and refunds are recorded manually; no online payment gateway is active.
